Zolev ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our clients, partners, and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our website (zolev.com.ar) or our operational services.
1. Who We Are
Zolev is an e-commerce infrastructure company headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We provide sourcing, warehousing, fulfillment, cash-on-delivery management, and payout settlement services for international e-commerce brands operating in Argentina and Paraguay.

2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Contact information: Name, email address, company name, and phone number submitted through our contact form or during onboarding.
- Business information: Brand details, product categories, target markets, and monthly volume estimates provided during the partnership evaluation process.
- Order and operational data: End-customer order details (name, shipping address, phone number) shared with us by our brand partners for fulfillment purposes.
- Website usage data: Browser type, pages visited, time on site, and referring URL, collected via standard server logs and analytics tools.
- Communication records: Records of emails, WhatsApp messages, and call logs related to client support and operations management.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected for the following purposes:
- To evaluate partnership inquiries and onboard new clients.

- To communicate operational updates, payout settlements, and performance reports to our clients.
- To improve our services, technology, and operational processes.
- To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations in Argentina and Paraguay.
4. End-Customer Data
When our brand partners share end-customer data with us for fulfillment purposes, we act as a data processor on behalf of the brand (the data controller). We use this data solely to fulfill the specific order — including delivery, COD collection, and return processing — and do not use it for any independent marketing or commercial purpose.
End-customer data is retained only for the duration necessary to complete the fulfillment and payout cycle, after which it is securely archived or deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
5. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with the following third parties solely to operate our services:
- Logistics carriers: Last-mile delivery partners in Argentina and Paraguay who require recipient name and address to complete delivery.
- Call center operations: Our native-language confirmation teams who contact end-customers to verify orders before dispatch.
- Payment processors: Banking and payment partners who facilitate payout settlements to our brand clients.
- Technology providers: Cloud infrastructure, analytics, and communication tools used to operate our platform.
All third parties are contractually required to process data only for the specified purpose and to maintain appropriate security standards.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews.
While we take all reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
7. Data Retention
We retain client and partner data for the duration of the business relationship and for a period of 5 years thereafter, as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes under Argentine law. End-customer order data is retained for 2 years after the order is completed, then deleted or anonymized.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to access the data we hold about you.
- Right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).

9. Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses essential cookies required for basic functionality. We may also use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.
10. International Data Transfers
Our primary operations are based in Argentina (which has an adequacy decision from the EU for data protection purposes). Data shared by European clients is processed in compliance with applicable cross-border transfer rules.
